7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DecorHills will not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of the Platform, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, and punitive damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DecorHills and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, expenses, and liabilities (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and DecorHills with respect to your use of the Platform.
